Because of my strong ties to many of Toronto’s neighbourhoods, I often am often apprised of properties that are coming on the market but are not yet listed giving my purchasers an upper hand. Once you’ve chosen a property to buy, I work closely with you drawing up the Agreement of Purchase and Sale and the associated paperwork. I always explain the often esoteric language of the legal clauses ensuring that you understand what it is that you are signing. My work doesn’t end there. I’ll see you through to your long awaited moving day attending to every detail along the way.
